Office 2013 / Word Problem

Just installed Office 2013 H & S. Opened Word and got a notice that this feature is broken, go to Control Panel - Products and features to repair it. I closed the notice and Word opened. I activated it, no problem, and everything works. Closed it, tried it again, same message. Note...do not get this message if I open anything else just Word.

So I repaired it, opened it, got the same message, this feature is broken. But it opens anyway. Had to re-activate it again.

Any idea whats going on?
