You are an Angel! Thank you so much! I've printed out those instructions, but I think I'll call our computer guy (works out of his home) and have him read the instructions and proceed with the fix. I'm too afraid to give it a try on my own and possibly destroying something.
I once worked in an office where an employee was fiddling around with her mouse while she was on the telephone. Without realizing it, she'd clicked on a program file, highlighting it and somehow dumping it somewhere else--no idea where it ended up, but she pretty much turned her computer into a plastic box with family photos perched on top of it. The only fix was to have the computer tech company come in and reload her computer, losing files in the process. It was an absolute nightmare! Again, thank you so very much for your help!!!! |
