Hi All,
One of our users who is using Office 2007 Professional on Windows XP Professional has managed to somehow change the ribbon colour and layout. in Office. We do not know how he has changed this but we have tried changing the display settings in XP to no avail, we have also tried changing the colour within office but this has not resolved the issue. We also logged onto the machine as another user and the settings were fine so assuming this is a profile setting / registry issue. Uninstalled Office and removed all traces of the program and re-installed still no joy when logging one as the specific user. I have attached a screen print so you can see the changes as it is easier to visualize than me explain.
