I just bought a new computer and all my docs and power points are no longer accessible as they are asking for activation and I have no idea what my license number was. and none of my emails seem to be accepted. Any ideas what I can do?

New computers usually only come with an unregistered copy of Office installed. You would need to purchase a product key and active Office with it before you can continue after the 'trial' period expires.
