Evidently, whatever happened when you tried installing MySQL Installer seriously corrupted your system; a complete Windows reinstall may be required.

Whether you do so before reinstalling Windows or afterwards, you will need to obtain the installation files for Office 2010, Project 2010 and Office 365. Even before doing any reinstallation work, you will need to make a complete backup of all your data files; otherwise they will be forever erased by the reinstall. Your college should be able to provide the required links/media for Office 365. Presumably, Project was supplied on a DVD, which you'll need for reinstallation.
