We have been purchasing standalone licenses and activating them using incrementing email accounts on our domain. Each account holds a max of 30 licenses so we recently filled up our 4th domain account. When we attempt to create a 5th account for licenses 121-150 it gives us this error.
"It looks like there's already an account with licensing5@*******.com. If it's you, go back and sign in. Otherwise, choose another username." So when I go back to try to just sign in with this account it gives this error. "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." I have tried multiple emails using the same domain (@********.com) and it gives the same error on every one making me think that it's now blocking our domain from creating any more accounts? Has anyone else run into this issue or have any information for me? |
