I have the save as pdf addin, works great on my systems that still have adobe reader 7 or older. If reader 8 or newer is installed I have the following issue.



I have several excel documents that I use daily. They are on an 8 1/2 x 14 page layout. When I save them as pdf they save as one page on the older versions.....if the computer has the newer version of the reader it saves them as two pages. It is probably a setting somewhere, I just cannot find it.

Additionally, on the systems it works properly on, when I print it, it automatically shrinks it to fit on 8 1/2 x 11 for me.

What I do if I have this problem is to go to Print Preview - Page Setup and I select "Fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall" and than convert to PDF.
