Smile Page Setup
What I do if I have this problem is to go to Print Preview - Page Setup and I select "Fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall" and than convert to PDF.

I hope this helps.

PERFECT!! I knew it was something simple! I feel stupid but am very glad to have it working!
