Windows XP Can't set color in any Office application

Can't set color in any Office application

I can not set font color in any Office application: Word, Power Point, Excel.

I am in 2003 Office version. But also in 2007 i have the same thing. There is
the same in WordArt. What may be the reason? I am in Windows XP service pack2
