i tried all this ( including the repair procedure) and several versions of language pocks.
i didn't have any 2013 installed ( cleaned everything perfectly before installing 2016) . it's a standard massage foe 2013 and 2016. you can see it says: "APPLIES TO: Excel 2016 , Word 2016 , Outlook 2016 , PowerPoint 2016 , OneNote 2016 , " to my opinion it's a shame that Microsoft publish several versions of installation and does not make them compatible one with each other. anyway i switched to office 2013 32 bit and that was the only version that gave me to install the language pack. thanks for trying to help.
