I have an error opening an office file please help !!!

Do you have more than one version of Office installed on the same PC? Are you using both Win 7 & Win 10, or have you upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10 - without fixing the error first?!

I had win7 and upgraded to 10. Then I installed office 10 but I had that mistake in video. Then I deleted office 10 with revo uninstaller and installed office 13 but the same mistake happened again.
