Hi , I have a bonafide copy of office installed on my laptop ... I want to factory reset the laptop , but do not have the original office installation discs or licence key .... Can I get this from the installed software , and after I have reset my laptop back to original factory settings install office from Microsoft download and re-enter the licence key found from the laptop ? Or is this not possible ?

So how did you obtain your copy of Office in the first place? If you bought it as a download, you'll have been emailed the product key - and told to store it securely.
