I am unable to download Microsoft Office 2010 after my laptop experienced a virus. I sent my laptop for repairs and cleaning but found out i could not download Microsoft office 2010 anymore. When i went to the website, after filling in the product key and others, the website tells me that the Microsoft product is from another Microsoft account but i have forgotten the account information. I really need to use the Microsoft Office badly, could somebody help me please?
