HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to server configuration.
Internet Information Services (IIS)




This is the message i get when clicking on the tab within the ms office folder from the start menu. The package was pre-installed on the computer and was given to a family member as a christmas present.
therefore product still within the 60 day trial.

You help would be very helpful.
