Compatability of Office Versions
At work I have MS Office 2010, At home I have 2012 (maybe it's 2013, I don't remember). I recently came across a new (in the wrapper) copy of Office 2007. I want to install that on an older laptop (Dell E1705, with Win 7). Will the 2007 be compatible with those "newer versions", for Word, Excel, and Power Point? Thanks, Gary |

Office 2007 & later applications all use the same file formats and, except for features introduced with Word 2010 & later (e.g. content control checkboxes), Office 2007 is fully compatible with them.
