I deeply sympathise and am having similar problems.

I purchased a new computer in November that was pre-installed with Windows 7 and Office 2007. (no discs provided)

From Day One I was being prompted to activate but nothing I did seemed to settle anything and I was on borrowed time with the Trial version.

Today, New Years Day, I found that I can no longer even use my Office 2007 programs.

I have been fiddling around for nearly 4 hours trying to resolve the issue.

Each Office program prompts for a key code, it accepts the key code, warns me to exit all Office programs then restart for configuration.

But the configuration doesn't take place. Instead I'm prompted for the key code ad nauseum...

Let's hope someone on these boards can offer assistance to us.
