Default fonts in office

My question is about the size of the text in office just as in this thread, How can I make the font larger throughout office?

Thanks

Yes, I recently "upgraded" from Office xp to Office 2007, with the lovely blue background, but I find MS Word, which I view at 130 to 140 % zoom, simply blows up the display fonts from the 100% rasterization, and they look bad on screen. Really bad. I didn't notice them being bad in Word xp from some ten years earlier. Is there any way to tweak on-screen font display settings?
