You would have to export the userform from Excel (you do this by selecting the useform's module and choosing File>Export File in the VBE). You can then import the module into a file in each of the other applications. Office applications don't have a built-in facility for sharing userforms - each application must host its own copy. Of course, whether your userform will work in another application depends on whether its code relies on VBA functions they don't support - each Office application has its own 'flavour' of VBA.
