If you're using Windows Live Mail, upgrading to Office 2013 won't make that any easier, since Windows Live Mail is not part of Office.

Thanks for replying, macropod
What I have been struggling with is setting up Outlook.com (included in Win 8.1) to work the in a similar manner to Live Mail. What I am hoping is that by installing MS Office (including Outlook), I can then use Outlook which will hopefully have a similar look to Live Mail, or the last time I used Outlook. Once again, thanks for taking your time to look! Mike
