"This problem was caused by Microsoft Office 97"
I have a user getting an error that says "
Problem caused by Microsoft Office 97: consider upgrading This problem was caused by Microsoft Office 97, which was created by Microsoft Corporation. This product is no longer supported by the manufacturer." Only thing is they do not have office 97 installed, they only have office 2003. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Phil |

Which software gives this error? It seems to be a problem of this software other than Office.

This bank loan software is probably very old and has something to do with Office 97. Getting a new version or switching to another loan software is more practical. Just my guess.
