Default "This problem was caused by Microsoft Office 97"

I have a user getting an error that says "

Problem caused by Microsoft Office 97: consider upgrading
This problem was caused by Microsoft Office 97, which was created by Microsoft Corporation. This product is no longer supported by the manufacturer."

Only thing is they do not have office 97 installed, they only have office 2003. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Phil
