The computer came with Windows 8. I did not like it very much, and found that Windows 8.1 Preview was available from Microsoft. I installed it and was happy with it. The 8.1 Preview, as the notice said, was pushed over into 8.1 (minus the preview) on January 15.

I am trying to re-activate Office Professional Plus 2010.
