macropod...I don't recall the exact message other than it failed to activate. The phone attempt also said something about the activation code not being found in the database...or at least that was my understanding, though the words might not be exact.



Any suggestion on how I might test to see if it's fully functional or is going to fail in some way sometime in the future...ie, revert to read-only? In the meantime I will be pursuing some action from the seller and also alert Amazon that I've received a possible illegal copy...not that I expect any help from Amazon.

Bummer! I guess I should have been more careful.
