Default who has used the third licenses?

We have bought a 3 user office 2010 professional, but after registering 2 of the users the software gives me an alarm that I have no access to register the third one because maximum users are installed. Is there a way for me to find out who has used the third licenses?
Thank you for your quick reply

Sincerely Tabrizizadeh

Most likely, this has occurred because you have installed Office with that product key on 3 different PCs (even if not at the same time) or have had to reinstall it on an existing PC after making a hardware change. In such cases, telephone activation may be required.

Are you sure you're using the Office Product ID and not the Windows Product ID? That is a common mistake. The Windows Product ID is often on a sticker attached to the PC case; the Office Product ID rarely is.

Whatever that string is (which I see you've deleted from your post), it's not an Office Product Key. I suggest you download a copy of the Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder (a freeware utility that retrieves your Product Key) from: http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/ and run it on one of the PCs that already has Office installed & activated, so as to retrieve the correct Product Key.

No. You would have to buy another copy of Office.
