Install Office 2000 with windows 8. Error 1919

I had Windows 8 installed on my laptop, and my Microsoft Office 2000 ran perfectly. I later reformatted my hard drive, installed Windows 8.1 64 bit & Dell factory installed drivers, but cannot re-install my Microsoft Office 2000 using my installation disk.

Error message 1919. Message: Error configuring ODBC data source. Visual FoxPro Database component not found in registry.
Can anyone help me please.
