Default how to download and install office 10 with a valid product key

I had a major upgrade to computer a few months ago. The shop installed
Office 10 Pro Plus. It is activated and has worked well until recently. I get frequent "cannot connect to server" pop up when working with Outlook.
I have tried to do Repair, get a pop up that a file is missing. How can I download and reinstall the complete Office Suite?

The Product key I have is:
«Removed for privacy»
All help is appreciated
Thanks
