Hi,
My current MS office Professional Plus 2013 is suddenly not working. I got this message while trying to re-install the software: ""The program or feature "\??\C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX64\integratedoffice.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit version of window. ..." Please help me out. Much Thanks |

Try using System Restore to revert your system to the state it was in before you tried reinstalling Office. Assuming you had some issues beforehand that you were trying to fix, after the System Restore, try repairing the Office installation (via Programs & Features > Microsoft Office > Change in the Windows Control Panel).

I couldn't do the system restore on my laptop. I checked on the control panel, but I didn't see the MS Office 13 in there. I just bought the new desktop. Does anyone know I can transfer the licence to the new one?
Thank you |

I installed MS Office Pro on April/2013. It worked fine until Nov. I couldn't open my old excel files; then I tried with other apps like word and pp. They could not open either. That's why I reinstalled MS Office and the error popped as I posted I the first one. I would like to make it clear that I installed from scratch.
Thanks |

OK, now you have me confused. Your first post said you were trying to re-install Office when you got the error message. You second post mentions a laptop on which Office can't be found after trying to re-install, plus a desktop to which you wanted to transfer the licence.
If you want to transfer the laptop licence to the desktop, you should uninstall from the laptop, then install on the desktop. If you want to install Office on both your laptop and desktop, you need to check that your licence allows that. FWIW, the error message in your first post is indicative of corruption in the Windows Registry. Using System Restore to revert your system to an earlier date is about the only way out of that unless you want to reinstall not just Office, but Windows and every other application you use, from scratch.
