I had the same problem. Had Office XP and new installed Office 2007 Enterprise. Resolved the problem in this way.
1. I uninstall Office XP (don't know if this is necessary, but I went and did it) 2. Opened microsoft word (waiting for the configuring message to end) 3. Click on office button (upper left corner), pressed word options button 4. Click resources button, then run microsoft office diagnostics Once the diagnostics ran, it corrected the problem. Hope this works for you; |

Office re-configuring 2007 2003 maybe 2010
Step one find setup.exe file in programs common- microsoft shared - office12 back up the setup.exe file change name of setup.exe place say an x infront of setup so it reads xsetup.exe close Step two Office re-configuring 2007 2003 maybe 2010 back up registry with say regedit open HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and scroll extensions down to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.pip Change permissions to full control on .pip remove if need be when done just start office program say excel.. A new .pip will be created..all hassle gone |
