To Paul and to who it may concern,

I know you are a very dedicated man and a great help for many of us. Your work is highly appreciated, let there be no doubt about it. However you seem to be responsable to such an extent that you are interpreting my words as a critic towards people like you.

It was never my intention to criticize any of the collaborators. The collaborators have my deepest respect.

What I intended, was just to open a debate about an issue that IMO is crucial for the future of this forum, that is to say: About 60% of the posts remain without an answer. I think the solution of the problem starts with facing the reality. Let's face it and try to generate some constructive solutions here.
