I think the issue here is that a lot of people have day-jobs. Plus the majority of issues require some form of investigation in order to provide a potential solution.
Perhaps if an Administrator had the bandwidth they could look at providing a template for people to use in order to post their issue. Again an issue is sometimes the lack of information in order for someone to make a judgement and thereby a potential solution.
Also lets now forget that we dont know how many peole have either been provided with a solution or found one themselves but never come back to mark the issue as solved.
