Default XP Outlook problem

1. Every time I open Outlook I get this warning: "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outloo. Do you want to allow this?" How do I stop that from coming up every time?

2. When I go to tasks and click in the subject bar to start adding something I get the message "Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid." Then when I click ok it lets me click in the subject bar again with no problems. I type something and hit enter, then I get the same error message, click OK, and it doesnt get added.
How can I add tasks?

That also happens when I try adding something in my calendar as well.....

Also it says Im running Office XP 2002 but I have 2007 and am trying to upgrade and says it worked but nothing changes.....
