How are you opening Outlook? Just from the Start Menu? That's odd. Which version of Outlook are you trying to open and which version actually gets opened?

You said you have Office 2007, but it says you're running Office XP. Is it possible you didn't fully remove Office XP before installing Office 2007 and there's some clash between the two? Did you have XP installed before?
