Other than the different file versions, are there any disadvantages to having different versions of Office running on different computers on the same network? Please note, I am not saying multiple versions on the same computer.
Thanks, David |

For the most part it'll be the same as having multiple versions on the same PC. On most networks, after all, Office is installed on individual PCs. On top of that, in a corporate environment there'll be an additional version to maintain and provide support & training for. There may be additional issues, but I've never previously heard of anyone wanting to run multiple versions on a network.
