Hi



When in office word or excel, when you click print and then click print properties the PC thinks for a second and then kicks me out, it is office 2002 running and I have tried loging on with a diffrent user and it still does the same issue,

So far I have unistalled and reinstalled office and also installed the removal wizard and tried that but still no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas ?

Hi Paul

Ive had a look through the links provided, unistalled all printers setup on the PC and setup again but still no luck, it just literally crashes the second you click printer properties. Any further ideas?

Have you tried the other steps too? Some of them involve fixes for things that are not repaired by reinstalling (which generally does little more, if anything, than using Help|Detect & Repair achieves).
