Office throws out when clicking print properties

Hi

When in office word or excel, when you click print and then click print properties the PC thinks for a second and then kicks me out, it is office 2002 running and I have tried loging on with a diffrent user and it still does the same issue,

So far I have unistalled and reinstalled office and also installed the removal wizard and tried that but still no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas ?
