Your description suggests the program wants to run as an Office Addin. Without knowing the details, though, it's not possible to say, for sure. Have you checked the program's documentation or tried contacting the program's supplier?

Hi Paul,
I checked the Addins and there isn't anything related to the installer that's running on Word and Excel on startup. I thought there was a folder or something in the registry for programs to be run by/for Office? Thanks for your help. |
