![]() I have created custom envelop. Provide the location of sender's address and return address. The sender's address is printing on the top of the envelop. The return address is not printing (The omit is not checked). I have printed the envelop address on a blank paper and it is printing every thing at right position. I am manually feeding the envelop. I have done this before many times. What is happening now? |

Hi apanbasu,
For the benefit of others, care to share how you resolved the issue?

The printer has a setting of how to load the envelop. Normally, I print facedown and load the envelop at the center. I assumed that setting. However, the custom envelop's default setting was facedown and on the right. Once I corrected my envelop loading position - the problem resolved. One has to check "Printing Option" for Envelop loading position.
