To add....
I opened up our form into 'Infopath2010' and saved it as a 'Infopath filler form' to 2010 instead of 2007.
It then showed 1 error in a field stating:
Incompatible (Control is not supported in infopath filler form)

I googled this and found that I needed to click on the error and delete it from the tree. Then create other 'Control' for it.
I was not able to pick anything.... It kept giving me an message.... It cannot be bound to a group, repeated........blah, blah.

So I left it deleted and published it anyway without the error and still get the 'infinite loop' errors several time before it will open the form.
