Mail merge line break

How can I introduce a line break (^l) or paragraph mark (^p) in this field if the answer is Yes, ie, there is an Address3

{ IF { MERGFIELD Address3 }<> “”” { MREGEFIELD Address3 } “” }

I cannot find a way of avoiding a blank line if there is a blank field in a record.
