I am using an Excel file to supply names and addresses to envelopes, quite straightforward. At the top a big B indicating B-mail, then name and address lines, and at the bottom sender information with a big watermark X across.
1) the B is not correctly displayed at the first envelope , only the upper part of the B 2) How do I get the blank address lines displayed as a blank line? Putting a blank character before or after the field, say <<addres line 4>>, does not work It seems that lines containing fields that end up being blank are simply ignored and thus the sender information is not correctly placed under the X. I have to edit the individual envelopes. Any suggestions? |
