Hi AlteDäne,
I ran the mailmerge with your sample document & workbook. No indication of the 'B' being cut off - it looks fine on all three records. You can solve the problem of missing lines causing the return address to shift up by converting the mergefield name & address lines to a table with a fixed row height.
