Here are the documents: the Word file (envelopes.docx) and the Excel sheet (receivers.xls). Quite straightforward, really an exercise in mail merge!
Take the Word-file, go to Mailings, add the Excel-file and look at the result using the outer right button (Finalize and Merge, edit the documents). The first envelope only has part of the leading B (cut off) The second is ok The third does not have address3 and address4, but they should be retained as blank lines! Otherwise the bottom lines crawl upwards and must be individually corrected. |
