How to get mail merge to preview all addresses on labels
I can't figure out how to get Word mail merge to show the preview of all the addresses selected for a mail merge. Only one address shows up.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Hi rec,
Have you propagated the fields to all the labels? You do this by clicking on the 'Update Labels' button. Also, a Preview won't show all the labels - you have to actually complete the merge (e.g. to a new document) to see the output.
