Better still, see the table in the attached document. In particular look at the table width & column width (they are the same) and, under Cell > Options, the text wrapping and fit options. With the options set this way, you don't really need to specify a row height unless you don't like the default. With this setup, any text you insert into the table will be forced to fit on one line.
You can switch off the table borders if you don't want to see them.
