Mail Merge Skipping 2 Labels when Printing

i need to print 5,000 labels using tractor feed labels(Avery 4013). When using mail merge it automatically advances 2 labels after every 12. using a Panasonice KX-p2023 dot matrix printer

Do your page size & margins match the printer's paper size? Is it just the labels that are being skipped or are records being skipped as well?

Everything matches. It prints 12 labels as it should and then at the preforation it advances 2 labels and continues to print

Are you merging directly to the printer, or to a new document, then printing from there? If it's the former, try merging to a new document and checking whether the page layout is correct.

Also, have you checked that you're using the correct drivers, etc? These are fairly ancient printers, and drivers for them aren't included with Windows 7. You may need to use a Windows 7 driver for a similar printer (eg an Epson LQ driver).
