I tried using ":" on the VBA, but it returned an error saying that it couldn't locate the file, and ending the run, left a table doc. saved to the enclosing folder.

Regarding the database field approach, having set up the 2 sheets on excel and pasted the data base field code from the catalogue tutorial post, I achieved multiple emails sent to me (listed as the manager email) with no data.

In the meantime setting up Parallels and windows 11 has come to a dead end trying to transfer my one time purchase office licence to the windows instalment from my macOS.

Running script that works on Mac would be a cost efficiency dream.
