Why does Mail Merge in Word with Text Box only display row 8 from Excel data source?

I made a label customization in Word with 8 boxes on one page.

Then the data source from Excel has 16 rows with one of the image columns.

I followed the tutorial to display images using Text Box but when I Preview Result only row 8 appears on 8 label boxes on one page.
