I am doing a mail merge.
the tempate I am using for the mail merge has a style marked 'lettertemp' which is used in the document. Some of our users have a 'lettertemp' style which is different. What happens when you do a mail merge, and the document has the same name as on the 'default' document. Does the final merged document use the settings in the mail merge template, or are they overridden by the settings in the default document? |

Documents (.docx/.docm) inherit their styles from the template (.dotx/.dotm) they were created from, or to which they are attached.
