Mail Merge - Multiple names - Multiple experience locations per name and multiple learning per name
I have a question about mail merging an Excel Document to a Word document. I have 71 names, and each has 5 - 12 experiences. Each name has between 0 and 5 enhancement experiences and between 0 and 10 service learning experiences. I have a word document set up to what it needs to look like. But instead of copying and pasting all of those individually I was hoping to utilize the mail merge function to get each name and all of the experiences to go onto one document. I have attached examples of how I have the Excel Sheet set up right now and the Word Document and how that should look. I am open to any and all suggestions. Video explanations are very helpful for my style of learning, but I can also follow extremely detailed instructions as well. I have read the top two pinned posts, but I am not sure where you are typing that information into, so it was not of much help. |

Did you read the Microsoft Word Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial thread (https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...-tutorial.html) at the top of this forum? You could employ DATABASE fields as part of your mailmerge for this.
