![]() I need help with Macro's in Mail Merge. I have a excel document with the following fields: Gymnast name, School, Level, Agegroup and Medal Colour I want to display this details, in a pfd document per school. Saving the school name as the document name. Inside, the names of all the gymnasts per level should be grouped together, but only displaying the Level heading if there is gymnasts participating in that level. All gymnasts in that level should be displayed under the level, with their age group and medal colour. I have not worked with macro's in recent year, so woudl appreciate any help Word document looks like this: |

See Merge Many To One and use a borderless one row table for the four fields. You will probably have to use a header row for the plain text
